A quiet piece of old Florida still exists in near Dundee, Florida. Lake Pierce is a 3,728 acre lake in Polk County in central Florida. Fish species found in Lake Pierce include Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, and Black Crappie among others, and is not uncommon to catch a 4 or 5 pound bass! The lake has plenty of Kissimmee grass; also look for scattered offshore eelgrass and peppergrass if you can find it.​​

Things To Do

Fishing Lake Pierce or relaxing on the dock; watching the sunset or visiting Disney World, LEGOLAND, and area beaches; cooking at home or eating out… it’s all here at Bert’s.
